Quick Patch

A couple quick things I couldn't wait until next week to add!

Please let me know as much detail as possible if/when the game randomly crashes, I'm tracking down a cause for that issue but it doesn't happen frequently.

Fixes:

+Fixed bug that would not display correct number of active ships on factories

+Fixed bug that would allow you to quit a round during join mode

Features:

+Added flavor text for Fighter kill streaks and Humanoid deaths

+Game speed is now configurable in the ESC menu
